Why we make so much ourselves

Vertical integration sounds like accounting, but it decides delivery dates. Because profile, guide faces and head pieces are made here, a special length depends on our own machine schedule rather than a supplier's. Motors, rolling elements and seals are bought in.

Every axis is measured

Before it ships, every axis runs under the laser interferometer. Positional deviation, reversal span and repeatability are recorded across the full stroke. The report carries the serial number and travels with the axis.

Spare parts for twenty years

We hold guide blocks, belts, screws and seal kits for every series we have ever built. A machine from 2004 still gets the matching set today.

How an enquiry runs here

You send the sizing or the task. Within two working days you hear back from the person who will also do the calculation. No call centre, no handover.

Manufacturing

The guide faces are machined in one setup.

Clamp a profile twice and you add two setup errors. We broach and grind both guide faces without reclamping. Over six metres straightness stays below 0.08 mm per metre, measured and recorded.
