Drive type: Ball screw axis
LK series
The axis for force and accuracy, as long as the travel stays short.
The LK carries up to 250 kg and holds position even when something pushes back. The screw is rolled and tested to accuracy class 5, the nut is preloaded and free of backlash. We supply it wherever a press, a test punch or a joining tool sits on the carriage.

Backlash removed by preload
The double nut is set to a fixed preload torque. Reversal backlash stays below 0.005 mm and is measured at acceptance.
Holds without power
The lead is self-locking by design. If the drive enable drops out, the carriage stays where it is, even with full load on the tool.
Measured over the full stroke
Every axis runs under a laser interferometer before it ships. The report shows positional deviation and reversal span across the entire travel.
Where it ends
Beyond 1,500 mm of travel the screw becomes critical and has to run slower. For longer distances we build the LX.
