LX series
Long travel, high speed, and a belt you can retension in place.
The LX moves mass over distances where a screw drive would be too slow. The toothed belt runs over a ground idler and is tensioned through an eccentric bushing, with no need to remove the axis. Up to 5,600 mm of travel comes from a single extruded profile.

Retensioning without removal
The tensioning bushing sits in the head block and is reachable from outside. Belt tension is set by frequency measurement, and the target value is recorded in the test report.
Cover strip against swarf
A spring steel strip closes the profile slot along the full length. It passes under the carriage and is held magnetically at both ends.
One profile up to 5,600 mm
We extrude in lengths up to six metres and machine the guide faces in a single setup. Straightness stays below 0.08 mm per metre across the whole axis.
Where it ends
A toothed belt stretches under load. Where hundredths of a millimetre matter, the LK or the LD is the right axis.
