LX series

Belt-driven axis

The LX moves mass over distances where a screw drive would be too slow. The toothed belt runs over a ground idler and is tensioned through an eccentric bushing, with no need to remove the axis. Up to 5,600 mm of travel comes from a single extruded profile.

LK series

Ball screw axis

The LK carries up to 250 kg and holds position even when something pushes back. The screw is rolled and tested to accuracy class 5, the nut is preloaded and free of backlash. We supply it wherever a press, a test punch or a joining tool sits on the carriage.

LD series

Direct drive

In a direct drive the force sits where it is needed. There is no transmission element between motor and carriage that could stretch, develop play or wear out. The scale measures at the carriage itself, so the value at the end is the actual position rather than the calculated one.

LH series

Vertical axis

A vertical axis has one job more than a horizontal one: it has to carry the load even when nothing is being controlled any more. The LH has a spring-applied brake on the motor and a pneumatic counterbalance that takes up the dead weight of the carriage.
