Hotels and hosts

Nationwide

Guests book the location. Show it before the price comes up.

On the portals every house looks the same: the same grid, the same stars, the same description. Your own site is the only place where the difference can show. It does not have to be big for that. It has to be particular.

Typical businesses

  • Country hotels
  • Guesthouses
  • Holiday homes
  • Boutique hotels
  • Inns
  • Mountain lodges
  • Wineries with rooms
  • Campsites

Your own site is just an anteroom to the portal

Three pictures, a button to the booking portal, done. Every booking made there costs commission, and guests never get to know the house before they arrive.

Six points that decide it.

The location as one movement

An image sequence that dissolves as you scroll shows the surroundings, the house and the room in the order a guest experiences them.

Rooms with numbers

Number, position, area and price in one line. Anyone comparing scans four columns. They do not read four paragraphs.

What makes the house special comes first

A tide table, a ski bus, a feeding time: whatever shapes the stay belongs on the site, not in the confirmation email.

Enquire directly instead of paying commission

Four fields are enough for an enquiry. Someone already on your site does not need to be sent through a portal that takes a cut.

Kitchen and house as pages of their own

Breakfast, kitchen and history each carry a page. That gives the search engine something to index and the guest something to read.

Usable without a fast connection

In the countryside the connection is worse than in town. The site is built so that it still appears in under two seconds there.

A good fit: Edition Plus, 4,990 €.

Rooms, kitchen, directions and an enquiry flow add up to five to eight pages that need one shared design.

approx. 5 to 6 weeks

  • A strategic concept phase covering audiences, search terms and site structure
  • Five to eight individually developed pages
  • A reusable design system instead of isolated single pages
  • Flexible components for later extensions
  • A considered motion concept with animation used deliberately
  • Image editing including selection, cropping and web optimisation
  • Search engine groundwork with page titles and meta descriptions
  • Structured data for search engines
  • Google Search Console set up
  • Performance work against a defined target before launch
  • Analytics & consent: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and a technical consent solution with granular choice
  • Three rounds of revisions
  • 60-minute training session for you or your team

Built project

Warft Elf

Eight large images guide through house, dyke and mudflats. Rooms, kitchen and directions stay deliberately brief, placing the special location at the centre.

Four stages to a finished site.

  1. 01

    Start

In the first call we settle goals, requirements and the scope of the project. After that you receive a binding quote and we reserve the project slot.

  2. 02

    Direction

We order content and structure and develop the visual direction from it. Only once the design framework stands does the build begin.

  3. 03

    Build

The approved draft becomes the complete website. Content, functions and revisions happen within the agreed system.

  4. 04

    Launch & after

Before the launch we check the site, set up the agreed services and hand over all access. If you want, we keep supporting the site afterwards.
