Before a project starts we work out together which scope makes sense for your website. Out of that come a binding list of deliverables, a realistic schedule and a clear price. If new wishes come up during the project, we agree them with you beforehand.

Edition One

For a compact website with everything you really need.

Edition One suits companies whose key content fits on a single page. Services, references, company and contact come together clearly and are designed individually. Even in the smallest edition, we work without a ready-made theme or predefined layout.

Edition Plus

For websites with more pages, content and possibilities.

Edition Plus is for companies that want to present several services or topics separately. For this we develop a full page structure and have more room for motion, imagery and search engine optimisation. The website is built so that further content can be added later.

Edition Custom

For larger projects with particular requirements.

Edition Custom is for projects where a fixed page count is no longer enough. Individual functions, multiple languages, extensive content or a content management system can be part of the build. Which functions and components are actually needed, we determine together before the project starts.

Operation

For the reliable technical operation of your website.

A small text change means an adjustment to an existing spot, for example opening hours, contact details, prices or a short existing passage of text. New pages, new sections, layout changes or new functions are not included.

Care

For websites where content changes regularly.

  • A twice-yearly technical check of function and loading time
  • Reply to change requests within one working day

A content change concerns one existing area of the website at a time, for example adjusting a text, swapping an image, changing a price or adding to existing content. New pages, new functions and larger redesigns are billed separately.

Editorial

For companies that want to publish new content regularly.

  • One editorial piece per month with up to approx. 800 words
  • Written up from your information and key points
  • Publishing and formatting of the piece
  • A monthly report on visitors, enquiries and key developments
  • A quarterly session to review the results together

For larger pieces or additional content we agree the scope with you beforehand.

Term
Operation, Care and Editorial run for a minimum term of twelve months. After that the plans can be cancelled or changed monthly.
Annual payment
With annual payment in advance we charge ten instead of twelve monthly instalments. Unused changes or editorial work do not carry over to the next month.
Self-hosting
Would you rather run the website yourself? That is possible right from launch. For a one-off 790 € we hand over the source code, hosting or deployment and the agreed access. After that no monthly operating costs apply at Nitorma. Ongoing costs from external providers are yours to cover.
Additional work
Work outside the booked plan is billed at 120 € per hour, in 15-minute increments of 30 € each.

What is not included.

Some services are deliberately not part of every project by default.

You can give us key points or existing copy. Having new text fully written can be added separately.

Fees for the domain and mailboxes are billed directly by your provider. The domain stays registered in your name.

Each edition includes a set number of revision rounds. Further changes are billed at 120 € per hour.

Paid image licences are not included in the project price. You can use your own images or add a photo production with us.

We handle the technical integration of legal texts provided or approved by you. An individual legal review or legal advice is not part of our service.

Planning and ongoing management of Google Ads, Meta Ads or other ad campaigns is not included. Technical integration of tracking tools can be booked separately.

Shop systems, shopping baskets and online payments are currently not part of our services.
