1. The essentials

• This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising services.
• Fonts and all other files are served by this website itself, not by Google or other third parties.
• When you open the site, our hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data (server logs).
• Beyond that, we process personal data in particular when you contact us through the enquiry form, by email or by phone.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open the website, Netlify processes technically necessary connection and server data, in particular IP address as well as information on the resource requested, the browser/device used and the time of access, insofar as these technically arise. This serves the secure, stable and technically functional provision of the website.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and reliably.

The storage period depends on the technical necessity and the retention periods provided for the respective log and security data. The data is not processed for longer than is necessary for operation, security, troubleshooting or compliance with statutory obligations.

Netlify also processes data in the United States. Netlify states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Netlify's Data Processing Agreement of 9 June 2026, part of the Self-Serve Subscription Agreement, also contains the EU standard contractual clauses for restricted transfers, where applicable. 4. Enquiry form

If you write to us through the enquiry form, we process the data you enter – name, email address, company, phone and current website where provided, the type of project, timing, budget range and your message – in order to answer your enquiry and arrange a first call.

The form data is received via Netlify Forms and stored in the Netlify dashboard. For every new enquiry we also receive an automatic email notification to hallo@nitorma.de, our mailbox hosted with STRATO; the notification carries a reply-to function so that a reply goes directly to the email address you provided in the form. To protect against spam, the form uses a hidden check field (honeypot) without cookies, external services or a captcha.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for a pre-contractual enquiry. For other general enquiries Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR may apply; our legitimate interest lies in dealing with and answering business enquiries. We review the enquiries stored via Netlify Forms at least once a month. Form submissions that have been fully dealt with are deleted from Netlify Forms no later than 90 days after they were completed, unless a specific further need or a statutory retention obligation applies. If a contractual relationship is established, the data required for it is transferred to our regular business or contract records; Netlify Forms does not serve as a permanent customer archive.

Providing your name and email address is necessary so that we can deal with your enquiry; without them we cannot reply. All other details are voluntary.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you provide in order to deal with your enquiry.

For the provision of our email mailbox we use STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes the data required for this as part of the email services we use, on the basis of the data processing agreement incorporated by contract.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, insofar as the communication serves to initiate or perform a contract. For other business enquiries, processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in dealing with and answering business enquiries. We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with and no retention obligations apply.

6. No cookies, no cookie-based analytics

This website itself currently uses no cookies or comparable technologies for analytics or advertising purposes that are not technically necessary.

Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager are not yet activated on this website. Should we introduce these services, we will extend this privacy policy accordingly at the same time.

7. Fonts and external content

All typefaces are served locally by this website. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other font providers. This website embeds no maps, videos or social media content from third parties. Links to external sites are recognisable as such. Once you follow them, the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.

8. Your rights

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.

To exercise your rights, an informal email to hallo@nitorma.de is enough.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany, datenschutz.hessen.de.

10. Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption (HTTPS) throughout. Data you send through the enquiry form is transmitted in encrypted form. You can recognise the encryption by the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.

11. Changes

We adapt this privacy policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here at the time applies.
